Our first session is an exploratory meeting in which I listen to your individual needs, expectations and goals. Further therapy is tailored to these.

Together we investigate how your complaints are embedded in your story and place them within a broader context. During our conversations you gain more insight into what is really going on inside you and how you can approach this differently.

The frequency of the sessions is not fixed. You set your own pace.

Due to my international background, the therapy can take place in: Dutch, English, German or Spanish

For an individual session I ask 75 EUR/h

Together with your partner or with other people who are important to you? Then I charge 95 EUR/h.

Payment is preferably made via Payconiq, bank transfer or cash at the end of each session.

If you are unable to attend, please notify me 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
